At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
